Women Institute and Center (WIAC) Program

The WIAC program is a training program for women's leadership capacity building, initiated by the Women's Ministry of the EECMY and run by MYS Management and Leadership College Bishoftu Campus. This program aims to empower women by providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective and competent professionals in the Church wholistic ministry. The EECMY has a policy to encourage women's participation, up to 30%, in decision-making bodies such as General Assembly, Council, Board, etc. WIAC has been underway for over two decades and has created opportunities for capacity building among women in the EECMY. Currently involving about 13 female students in its ongoing sessions.
